首先打電話問了酒店有停車場結果去了，又被告知沒有免費停車場，工作人員服務態度特別不好 衞生特別不好，牆壁上到處都是黑不溜秋的印子，衞生間各個邊邊角角也是污垢沒有窗户，差評

衞生不好，台上都是頭髮，大部分房間都是沒有窗的，裏面還一股味道，隔音太差，隔壁的就感覺是一個房間裏，關鍵隔壁還有小孩那種折騰。關鍵是我們忘了一塊手錶和褲子在裏面，當孩子想起手錶落酒店裡了，打電話去問説有在，我叫跑腿去取了，可是當離開廣州回到家才發現少條褲子，打電話問酒店説有條褲子，我又讓順豐快遞到付，當然對方態度是好的，但當客人離店後，你們整理房間時，客人有落下什麼不是應該第一時間通知對方嗎？而不是別人發現丟一個問一個…………這也是無語了，要是不問啦？這些東西你們打算怎麼處理？
