My friend recommended this area. There are many apartments of this type nearby. The one I booked feels like an older building. The indoor space is enough but the facilities are outdated. I regret booking here but I can't refund it. There was an exhibition and it was a weekend. It was not worth 800 for two nights. I'll send some photos for other travelers to refer to. The photos are in order: refrigerator top, sofa, bedside, bathroom (very small, difficult to turn around), wall, bedside, bed sheet, stepping on a cockroach to death (there were also many mosquitoes at night, so I lit mosquito coils later), overall. My feelings after staying here. The facilities in Guangzhou city are old, dirty, messy and poor. I'd better stay in a hotel in the future, and I can't choose an apartment or B&B.
