沒窗的房間，入住一小時不到空調就壞了，打電話到前台，説的是派人檢查，十分鐘後來電回覆説空調本來就是壞的。。無窗房空調失靈還讓人入住，請細品。。因為事件發生時已經晚上11點半，娃已經睡着，滿房沒辦法調劑，所以工作人員送來纏滿膠帶的風扇湊合吹一晚。。送風扇時又解釋不知道空調是壞的，但從頭到尾沒工作人員主動看過空調。。。次日給更換了同款房型。。半夜12點至兩點之間間歇有疑似裝修的噪音，隔音極差。。洗手間有蟑螂（拍死沖走，忘了拍照），經問詢沒有折扣，也無法退費。。這次是帶娃參加活動，看這裏近才來，總之，第一次給出差評，也永遠不會再選這個酒店。。
