房間椅子腿突然斷開，我向後跌倒，萬幸沒有受傷。經檢查是椅腿腐蝕斷裂。投訴後前台找人換了把椅子，然後就沒有然後了，無論是前台還是客房還是酒店相關管理人員、負責人員，連句道歉都沒聽到，直至今天… 看樣子是打算讓客人自生自滅吧，還“國際酒店”呢，連一點基本的擔當都沒有
