交通方便是最重要的，希望經常搞活動，正對門是星河cocopark，吃飯比較方便，如果是比較大的餐飲店的話，小餐飲底商就比較少

衞生：地上有蟑螂，房費180退我120，説那60平台沒給他，設施相當老舊，洗衣機邊緣都黑了，縫裡的水也沒幹，那個男的前台還説這南方哪個酒店沒蟑螂啊~這誰能保障的了？我們每個月都有公司殺蟑螂~得，
