The room is very spacious and the bed is clean. There is a partition between the two beds. The room is very well equipped. You can see the night view of the Pearl River and it is very comfortable to walk downstairs. The front desk service is also very nice.

The seats are good, the mattress is comfortable, overall it's OK. The surrounding facilities are complete, and you can go to several Sacred Heart churches and Shamian on foot. It's right next to the seafood and dry goods market, and there's a big smell when you go out

Worst place I have ever stayed in GZ. The lifts and common areas stink of dried fish. To get to the check in, you need to take the lift from lobby to level 6. Then from Level 6, switch to another lift to get to the check in counter that is housed in one of the apartments. Worst is, the apartment name indicated on the booking is not even the same at the check in. There are several agents/landlords renting out rooms over at this building so we were rather confused when we got there.
The room is pretty basic and old. Good that it has washing machine but it doesn't have a dryer. We moved out to another hotel after 2 nights.
