I've booked 2 rooms for my stays, my room has no problem, some amenities were in old condition but it is functioning well, I've no complaints with that. However, my parents got a room with poor hygiene condition, where the is water leaking from the water heater pipes and flooded the cabinet, they found the desk and floor is abit dusty. I've reflected this condition to the service counter staff, they had assigned new room for my parents so things has settled. Overall, good location, water pressure and heater functioning good. Air-cond abit noisy as it is an old aircond. Staff come daily for room service and change towels. Parcel and food delivery can only reach the groundfloor security site,not to your doorstep, u have to go down to collect your things, I can understand this as a resident safety purposes. However, for the range of price I paid, I probably will get other choices if i visit guangzhou again.
