我花了套房的錢，給我住單間？工作人員還一直狡辯，叫我退款。😤😤😤真的很氣憤定的是58平的套房，結果給我一個大單間，就是普通的大床房然後硬生生地擠多了一張床，本來是大床房的，因為擠多了一張床，那個茶几就這樣收到電視櫃底下。搞得整個房間除了兩張床就是過道。😓😓我已經是提前一個星期定的房，入住當天晚上7點多去辦入住手續，什麼也沒跟我們説，我們住進去才發現房型不對，找工作人員説就直接給我説原本定的房型沒有了，衹有這個了，不行就申請退款吧。廣州的天氣35、6度，我們帶着一個小寶寶那會寶寶一直哭鬧，我們根本就已經沒有時間去找別的酒店了。但是工作人員一直給我重複叫我申請退款。提前預訂的房，沒房是不是應該提前打電話告知，而不是讓客户去承擔麻煩。換了小房型也不給退差額，還一直在那裡狡辯説這個房型跟套房一樣價格的。住過那麼多酒店，衹聽過沒房升級的，沒聽過降級的。真的非常非常噁心。而且酒店的環境也不好。根本沒有宣傳圖片那樣。連大堂都沒有，走廊也蠻可怕的。房間的水也很小，空調感覺很有歷史了，開了很久很久都不涼快。

停車太不方便了，説是免費停車，停車位都沒有，停車位都找了很久，大清早還打電話通知挪車，房卡也出問題了，出去一趟回來都進不去門
