Absolutely loved my stay here for two weeks! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the cleaners were always so chatty and polite, always cleaned my room so well everyday. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel and also recommend to my family and friends!

I loved this place. It's the epitome of old-timey fancy hotel that just oozes class and is extremely well kept. The room is beautiful and has character, and the outdoor grounds are very nice. The restaurants are simply amazing: Stiller is my favorite restaurant in Guangzhou, the Teppanyaki restaurant is great, and there's even a place in the lobby for a quick latte with awesome pastry selection. The location is a 2 minute walk from the red line subway.

Amazing hotel, very clean, The location is very good, close to the subway station also near foreigners restaurant and near downtown. The environment is very comfortable, and the front desk service attitude is very good specially young talent girl Niki. Really she is well respected and very professional.

We are very pleased that their better services on upgrading our room 😀 Also their clean amd tidy up room services is always the best points. This time we are family trip spent two days at the same hotel with two different kind of rooms that can taste their boths of the excellent services. Especially they teach me how to using their coffee machines. So I can tasting the coffee when me wake up. And the bathing area is satisfying my desire one bath tub and one shower bath. Hopefully we can coming here again and got a relaxing vaccination. Thank you once again of the Garden Hotel Services.

This was the first I booked there it was disappointing had booked for breakfast we had to.wait an hour and to.realise alot was finished and instead of replenishing the finished items they removed the tags from the table ordered tea came after 30 minutes cold just left as they were not in control of the situation also check out there was no help with the luggage and when asked if there was a place I could sit and wait for the taxi they said non so had to.stand outside

I chose a non-smoking room, but I could still smell cigarettes in my room, probably from the room next door. That bothered me.
