I recently stayed at a hotel in Guangzhou, China, based on a recommendation from my cousin who had visited a few months earlier. I’m pleased to give this hotel a full thumbs up. My positive experience began with Miranda at check-in, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the process smooth and effortless. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. To top it all off, Miranda assisted me again during checkout to reverse the security deposit, completing my stay on a high note.

Perfect hotel as it’s close to east rail way station and going around the city from here it’s easy. Big rooms with comfortable bathroom. Also great gym and excellent spa facility.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist could have smiles and make the guest welcoming. Lobby staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Location convenient. Overalls good stay

Everything is great just that if they have more shops such as 7-11 store located in hotel will be great. So if had urgent needs can go down and buy.

Near to Subway and railway station. 1-2 traffic lights to shopping area. Good spread of breakfast.Can order packed food fm hotel. Highly recommended.

Always worth our stay, though we felt the room we paid for was little not as spacious as per our expectations. But we loved the breakfast! Especially the pancakes! The staff are also very warm and friendly. Its definitely a hotel we will visit again!

Nice hotel conveniently located near Guangzhou East train station. Staff were friendly and many were able to speak English which made everything much easier. Tania was especially helpful and even gave me her contact information in case i needed help, great service!

we only stayed for a night in this hotel but personally I think the location of the hotel is not great as it is not beside any big malls or subway station. Only had experience with a few service stuff at the front desk, the service was media-core, you won’t feel the warmth of the service staff as compared to other big hotel chains that I stayed before. The hotel room is decent enough, and the bed is comfy.

I did not enjoy my stay. There were many mysterious stains on the carpet… and some corners were really dirty.

We booked 2 rooms for two nights and for 2 adults and 2 children. If the hotel management has put some thoughts into this arrangement, they would have arranged an interconnected room together. And yet when we checked in in the 5pm in the afternoon, unfortunately two rooms were far apart and on the lowest floor. Seems to me when you booked a room via Ctrip/ an agent, the hotel always give you lower level floor.

very disappointed.When i arrived at 1530 on that day,the staff told me I need to wait 40 mins to get the room.
