酒店整潔，設備齊全。地理位置方便，附近商店，名店，食市林立。衣食住行一應俱全。
另外，特別值得一讚是前台職員態度友善，給客人賓至如歸的感覺。
雖然酒店較舊，但整体感覺仍是良好

實話説就是位置好而已，其他的都很一般。主要講幾點：1 繁華地段，夜晚到處燈火通明，房間窗簾衹有30%的遮光度，早上天亮想多睡會也不行，很影響休息。2 房間打掃後一股濃烈的84
消毒液味，幾天都散不掉。保潔員用84消毒劑打掃房間，這個是需要用水稀釋50-99倍的，否則對人體健康有害，尤其對呼吸道的刺激，引起咽痛咳嗽等。住了幾天，強烈請求保潔員不要打掃房間，直至離開時味道都還有。保潔應該是統一培訓的，不應該這樣啊！3 房間窗子完全密閉，一絲縫隙都開不了，衞生間的換氣扇也很弱，衹有靠空調循環空氣，空調系統老舊，風力大一點噪音很大。總之性價比不是很高。
應該肯定的是服務態度好，早餐可以！

地理位置很好 樓下就是正佳廣場 要吃什麼都很方便
很適合帶小孩 有點不好就是酒店 路口是單行道 車進去要稍微繞一圈

位置非常好，在天河中心，逛街吃飯很方便。最近正佳廣場上還有夜市和公路商店酒吧，非常愜意。
雖然設施是比較老了，好在工作人員的星級服務提高了入住的體驗，這裏特別感謝Benny，發現原來房間的問題後，迅速幫我更換了房間，且始終面帶微笑，讓人有賓至如歸的親切感。下次有機會還會入住。
