****** - BAD SERVICE RECEPTION - **** AND THE STAFF NEXT TO HER 👎🤮 I want to report **** and the other staff on shift of 4PM 6/7/2024 (i have picture of them) They had an disgusting attitude to SEA guest. They talked bad about us in Cantonese, I understand it all. They ignored us while checkin and sloppy droped off my passport on the table instead of giving it to me politely, then they sneaky laughed at us. I was shocked bc they were so polite and friendly with WHITE PEOPLE but rude to us! Our comment is attached below, we are really disappointed, I was about to book more but the service is so bad.

For us, simply the best hotel in Guangzhou. Understated, professional service, in a wonderful location with truly great staff. The breakfast is delicious and best of all... the magnificent views from all the rooms in the hotel. Simply unbeatable! We always return to this hotel when we are in Guangzhou!

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

Very nice. Close to Parc Central and other shopping mall. Many restaurants are nearby. The bathroom is clean. The service of information counter is good. They are very polite. It was my second time to live in.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The 3 bedroom unit was great. The rooms and hall are kept clean. It even comes with a fully equiped kitchen.

Location: very good Cleanliness: very good Room size: more than enough for 2 persons. Special shout out to Ms Hayley from reception. She went the extra effort to help me make an online delivery. With my limited knowledge of chinese, she was quick to offer help. Unlike her colleague, a man by the name Cong, who was relectant to help even when I asked.

Nice Hotel with very friendly reception staff. Clean and good size room. A lovely view of the city from the windows. Very good breakfast. Two good size bottles of water provided. Close to the shopping mall, restaurants and steps away from subway station. A really good choice for a Canton Fair visitor, would certainly stay again.

5 minute walk to GrandView mall, facilities showing sign of old, but still in great condition.

House keeping was excellent. Dryer did not work and door lock is broken replace and fix it immediately. Reception has 1 not helpful the rest was excellent.
