第一次入住廣州四季，年份估計也有點，所以設施那些都會略顯舊！特意升級的塔景房間面積很大，觀景也很好，可是細節還是有好多需要注意的地方！偌大的窗，手動窗簾，床頭枱燈是歪的，淋浴間的石膠發黃，鏡子有黃點，拖鞋剛拿出來有臟東西！或許自己要求太高，可是我覺得一個奢華酒店無論年份，更應該關注的就是這些細節

設施，服務，及菜品是國內酒店業的天花板，可惜大高了！一但有危險很難馬上撤離，我住在96層，轉換電梯非常麻煩，即使免費也不會再去了！

入住之前按照攜程宣傳的房間減免政策房間迷你吧每日免費酒水100元，等到結賬酒店卻直接扣除費用，一聽可樂71塊，一瓶果汁110簡直就是天價，明明是免費的酒店還直接扣費，太差勁了，再説下無邊際游泳池，黑人不帶泳帽下水服務願假裝沒看到，客人提醒結果還説黑人沒有頭髮，對待自己的國人一個態度，怎麼這麼崇洋媚外，要不就直接註明你四季酒店不接待中國人，或者中外接待政策不同

這次在全季酒店住了一週，還是廣交會期間感覺非常好，這是我們第二次選擇全季酒店對比了廣州這麼多個五星級酒店，全季酒店的服務態度明顯比其他的酒店好，環境和各種設施也非常不錯。尤其是hedy和eva，態度特別好，回覆很及時，很感謝！
