Amazing

Perfect hotel, close to good food places, cute rooms, amazing front desk team. I have extended my stay 3 times. No need to look further , just book here and you won’t regret. This is now my to go place.

Room was nice a large. Very clean as expected. Location super convenient as well and easy access to local transport and taxi bookings.

had stayed here many times as was new then (last stay 2019) but since covid 2020 and travel issues only revisited in 2024 . Found it a bit tired now. Wifi not secure, and the rooms can hear neighbours toilet left tight and above all hours. The english now nearly non existent not help and no english TV I have moved on.

5☆☆☆☆☆ for service. Stayed for 3 nights A bespectacled young lady checked us in late at night on 22 Dec 23. She was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room is clean and all essentials like water, shower cap, slippers, hair dryer etc were well provided. The location though not within walking distance to popular tourist places like beijinglu and shangxiajiu, it's convenient to travel by didi or train. The station closest to the hotel was just 5-6 mins walk at ouzhuang station. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at the hotel with good amenities like self service laundry and freshly grounded coffee and biscot biscuits available at the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends for good value and service 😀

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Need to make better cleaning to the rooms
