入住的時候已經溝通好開好水單和發票早上一早要趕高鐵，不能做到就別答應，答應了又不做，現開磨磨蹭蹭的，10分鐘弄不好，我有時間等你？高鐵會等我？

老式裝修倒是維也納的一貫風格也沒啥好挑的！基本滿意，接待入住的小美女也是很温暖！衹是管理制度太死板跟不上當下的服務品質，入住後出門吃晚餐外面下雨到前台借傘一定要按金這在其他快捷酒店入住的客人都免了！最讓人失望的是早餐，完全出乎意料的差，品種少品質差就不説了，關鍵豆漿、牛奶、咖啡全是加糖調好的，問能不能給一杯不含糖的牛奶，服務人員水果衹有白開水不含糖，直接氣笑了🤭離店還有小插曲，工作人員説單月專用發票額度開完了，這是什麼操作，這樣的回答讓我感覺穿越到15年前的時代了！出差為了舒心也就不交涉了圖個開心果斷換酒店了
