Xiao Su at the front desk was very friendly and helped us upgrade to the Xiangmian room. The mattress has a massage function, which is a surprise! Seeing that I brought my children, I took the initiative to ask if children's toiletries should be added. I like this detail. The room is very spacious. The layout of the washroom, cloakroom, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, and rest area is neat, spacious and convenient, which can fully meet the travel and accommodation needs of a family of three or four. Breakfast is on the first floor of the hotel. The variety is rich and the taste is also good. The environment is elegant. In general, the hotel has very good services from the reception to the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Next time I go to Sunac, Daguan is my first choice! The room is clean and tidy. Xiao Su at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but the quality is very good. I came to Sunac again and I don't want to go anywhere else next time. 1. I met Xiao Su at the front desk when I checked in. She was very friendly and approachable. I didn't have enough tips when I brought my child here. She was very helpful. She responded to all reasonable requests and provided positive services. Great! I haven't experienced such a good host service for a long time. 2. The hotel management was amazing. I felt like I had found a treasure. My child said that everyone here had a very good attitude, including several theme parks. 3. The shuttle bus for breakfast and the park runs every half an hour. Even if only one person makes an appointment, they will pick you up and drop you off. They also left the phone number of the driver on duty. It's so nice. 4. There is no need to go out to these theme parks around Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Highly recommended.
