替父母定的。，，交通方便，周邊很熱鬧，離景點也很近。但是服務枱在給他們換房間的時候沒跟他們説清楚價格，這個價格比我原來定的太美麗了。

柏悦酒店是金鑽酒店，但是到酒店大堂沒人開車門，不是來不及那種，是壓根沒這個意識，行李箱沒人提沒人問，大堂前台玩手機進門也不懂打招呼，至少點個頭吧，感覺住進了一個快捷酒店，房間地板有灰塵、床頭背景也有灰塵，做為金鑽級別的酒店，在北京住過一次體驗一般，沒想到廣州的更差，以後不會選擇柏悦了。除此之外，唯一的亮點就是管家Skylar在入住的時候提供的服務，包括介紹房間等，值得鼓勵。

五一假期訂的房間，住了兩個晚上，是島上最好的酒店了。給服務好評，就是小長假價格貴一點，但在島上情況特殊，資源也相對匱乏，也不能要求太多了。退房時工作人員也很耐心的詢問了對酒店的建議，希望下次見面能有新的體驗。

非常滿意！我跟老公一起去廣州過紀念日，定了攜程的套餐，2晚江景房，酒店給升級成了塔景房～還幫我們佈置了房間，送了小蛋糕，儀式感滿滿。
一開始光看攜程上的房間照片，廣州的幾家奢華酒店我當時第一個pass的就是柏悦，覺得它舊舊的，特別是那個紅色地毯看着好俗氣有點嫌棄。但實際入住的時候覺得設計與裝修都是蠻有質感的，攜程上的照片酒店真可以考慮換一下了。
我最滿意的就是服務和早餐，Skylar小姐姐從入住前一晚就聯繫我，詢問需求，管家式服務令人感動。早餐也很豐盛，我後續住的瑰麗，早餐還是柏悦的好吃～
