1. The front desk staff was very cold. I thought the lady who checked me in was just in a bad mood. But the gentleman who checked me out was also very cold. I felt bad. 2. The hotel is big and old, but it feels deserted. 3. The room is big, but the facilities are basic. 4. It is next to Panyu Square (under renovation), so it is easy to find.
