The hotel is on Shamian island, which is a great historical site in Guangzhou. Right next to lots of bars and restaurants and shopping streets. Very peaceful at night. The hotel bed is very soft and sinks quite a bit, if you like that type of bed. 7-11 next door and coffee shop across the road.

Upgraded to a suite upon arriving at the hotel at midnight, which was nice! 12-15 minute walk to hotel from the train station (Huang Sha), which is quite a lot for me but still manageable. Wanna have a nice walk in Sha Mian park in the morning or after dark? This is a good hotel for you!

Everything was OK, but it should be specified in the description that the "fresh double room + washing machine and microwave" city view (the room I booked) has neither WINDOW nor washing machine and microwave

The hotel design is actually ok. It is just there is no non smoking room while in the lobby we all presented the non smoking sign. Smoke from other room came all along to our room at night.

Small hotel next to the famous Victory Hotel (and a 24/7 shop and a nice independent coffee bar at the next corner). Large lobby is nicely decorated but vacant (almost no chairs), staff is moderately friendly and speaking/understanding minimum English. Bed, room size, bathroom were fine. Electronic lights control maybe a bit overdone but who cares. They charge rooms with a window at a surcharge but don't show on the photos how small backyard windows in "sunshine" rooms are. Had they shown clear photos, I would have booked a room with large window facing the street , even at a higher price, and be more satisfied.

very good location and super beautiful surroundings. hotel room size and layout is ok and acceptable, but lack of places to hang clean or dirty clothes, only few hooks for wet towels. Toilet a little narrow and corridor can be stuffy. Reception not tactful when commute with guests. No map for places of interests and good f &b outlets.

Right in the heart of Shamian Island. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms could get a better deep cleaning. Staff can be a little harsh sometimes (probably due to the language barrier, but still). The location is the highlight.

It is on Shamian Island, very easy to find. I really like this style of hotel, it is very clean and convenient for travel. Living here feels a bit like a paradise. The buildings from various countries on the island are so beautiful that I would linger there.

Hygiene: Much better than expected, very clean Environment: In the Shamian scenic area, overall good, but the surrounding dining is very inconvenient and expensive Service: It is the worst I have encountered so far. I was woken up in the morning for several consecutive days, but I endured it. However, it was too noisy on the last night. There were children crying and talking loudly in the early morning. I couldn't sleep. It took a long time to call the front desk, and the staff did not give a clear solution. In the end, it was not solved, and no explanation was given the next morning Facilities: Nothing special Summary: It is okay in terms of cost performance, but the sound insulation is very poor and the service awareness of the hotel staff is relatively poor. Overall it's good, the location is good, travel is convenient, the hotel environment is also good, the only thing is that the wooden floor is a bit dirty, the children walk barefoot on the floor, it's all dusty, the two cleaning ladies, one is good, the other is average. But overall it's worth staying

The hotel is near the Shamian scenic spot, and the scenic spot is just a few steps away from the hotel. The surrounding food is also very good, and it is also very convenient to go to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. It is also not far from the subway station, making travel convenient. At first, I booked a room without a window, but after talking to the front desk, I was upgraded to a room with a window for free. The front desk service attitude is very good.
