這次孩子生日，酒店貼心安排佈置以及蛋糕，多謝客房服務的小姐姐手繪的生日賀卡，酒店還給我換了儘量有景觀房間，畢竟廣州文華的外面景觀不太行，水療去做了身體，但是這張床可能不太符合人體工學，不知道為什麼頸背部會造成肌肉緊張，如果想去的小夥伴可以做個參考，總體還是很滿意的，下次去還會考慮這家

酒店設施不錯 房間也挺好 服務一般 差不多下午5點前到酒店 辦完入住還等了差不多20分鐘才拿到房卡 工作人員帶我們去4樓餐廳等待（因為酒店沒有大堂）並沒有交代四樓工作人員 然後四樓點單需要另外消費 因為我已定好晚飯 問清楚後就衹要了2杯水 入住體驗感不錯 服務體驗感很差

幫朋友訂的房間，體驗很滿意。酒店各個設施都很不錯，前台的danie，Maggie服務很周到，賓客關係部的stin，Lydia很周到。在需要酒店周邊旅遊訊息的時候，禮賓部給予了很大的幫助，衷心地感謝 chase ken jack三位，前兩位提供了無微不至的訊息和路線安排，jack給我們提供了用車和行李服務。文華東方的服務真的是無縫連接，下次還會再來。

The hotel's executive lounge is very private, the service is also very good, and the evening is also good. The hotel breakfast is also OK. The overall feeling should be the most cost-effective Mandarin Oriental.

大愛mo 在廣州最喜歡的酒店

I have stayed in Jumeirah and Park Hyatt in Guangzhou, and this is my first time staying in Mandarin Oriental. Although Mandarin Oriental is not near the river and has no river view, it is surrounded by business districts. You can walk to Taikoo Hui from Montblanc downstairs. Bingsheng and Guangzhou Restaurant are both 300 to 400 meters away, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel service is very good. Shangshan Club members can upgrade their rooms for free. Late check-out can only be delayed until 2 pm. The concierge can help with express delivery and come to the room to help with luggage storage before check-out. The ordinary rooms of Mandarin Oriental are also large enough, with many full-length mirrors in the room, and drinking water is also imported from Chile. There are also benches for rest in the elevator, and the gym environment is good. Towels, drinking water and fruits are prepared for guests. The hotel's breakfast is on the fourth floor. It is semi-self-service and relatively exquisite. You can order small portions and it tastes good. The only problem encountered this time was that when I checked in, I found some snack fragments scattered by previous guests on the sofa as soon as I entered the room. I hope this situation will not happen again next time I stay.
