原來特別喜歡住文華，地理位置好。這次住簡直就是大跌眼鏡，房間設備老化，窗簾油膩，桌子上全部都是水，油的痕跡。打掃衞生有很多死角。房間一股味。
退房後東西落房間後酒店不主動聯繫，打過去詢問周旋老半天。

房間隔音太差，晚上根本睡不着，住在20樓能很清楚聽到馬路上的聲音，車子的喇叭聲，搞不懂怎麼會這麼差😭

入住體驗非常好，酒店環境幽美幽雅，房間很大，處處透露着設計師的細節，入户衣帽間，穿鞋凳，長走廊通往主卧，左右兩側各一個衞生間，一側有超大圓形浴缸，小桌上精心地擺放着浴鹽、香皂、毛巾，淋浴間的2頭花灑可同時開啟，沉浸式淋浴，另一側有雙台盆，自動化馬桶，連水龍頭都透着文華的品味，卧室的床墊非常舒適，軟硬適中，還有一張2人位長沙發，雖然地理位置並不靠近廣州塔，但依然能從房間窗外看到，開夜床服務也非常到位，當晚來了兩次，添補了玻璃瓶裝的飲水和零食，早餐在4樓，食物豐富，太古滙有側門出入，地理位置棒，交通便利！最後，選品，也很值得一説，客房裡用的沐浴露洗髮液提供的都是歐瓏，飲水全部是玻璃樽裝，文華就是優雅、品位的代名詞，下次來廣州依然會選他！非常有性價比的五星級酒店，滿滿的品味和高水準服務，真的強推強推！
