房間很大，很乾凈，前台還給我們升級了帶大陽台的房間，因為房間因為對着正在修建的歐洲小鎮有點吵，酒店前台的美女給我們換了另一間大陽台安靜房間，訂單，房型帶的中式套餐，味道很地道，服務員也很熱情，第二天的西式自助早餐種類也很全，味道也很不錯，愛了，下回還要來！

設施：有些老舊，但對整體體驗影響不大；
衞生：還不錯，所需用品還是比較齊全，連一次性浴缸罩都有，方便於有潔癖的住户；
環境：整體環境還可以，園區在升級中，很多在建的設施和建築，估計過幾個月會更好，綠化各方面還是很舒服的，生態園足夠逛大半天了，山頂有湖泊、快艇碼頭、迷宮、棧道，就是需要體力；
服務：本次最滿意的就是服務，彌補了硬件上的不足，無論是餐廳還是客户關係方面的服務人員，都很熱情貼心，小朋友住不慣親子房，服務人員還專門幫忙不厭其煩地看了七八間房，確保讓小朋友安心睡覺，還送了小朋友很多小禮物，感激不盡；
餐飲：意大利餐廳踩雷了，剛好碰上有團餐，2個小時都沒上完菜，披薩應該是中廚廚師做的，齁鹹…湖畔餐廳還不錯，攜程和**上有套餐會比較划算。
