遊玩：暴雨天來這裏就對了！家庭出行，對小朋友來説活動很豐富！下雨的時候就在大堂玩冰壺搭積木，還可以做手工看看小動物，天晴了去温泉去香江迪波拉樂園！還有個空中樂園都沒時間體驗了，下次再刷！
服務：超棒的！別墅區的管家有求必應，因為反饋房間挨着大門有點吵，幫忙換了房間還拼了床，約車去主樓或者小童樂園響應也很及時！給五星！温泉區毛巾供應充足，也有水果茶水補充，不過山頂池子沒開，有點遺憾。
環境：大堂望過去不知道是不是白水寨哦，看着風景用餐或者純純發呆都很愜意。度假村裡綠植多，石頭小路和竹林都很有感覺！
設施：設施的確有點老舊了，住的別墅大床房，地毯和床頭都能看出年代感，保養還算好，不過最近雨多，黴味有點重，被子也有潮濕感。別墅有幾個房型，建議優先選高樓層，2樓吵一樓潮，廣東的天氣無解。對了別墅裏有户外泡池，天氣好可以試試。
建議：別墅區逐步換木床頭吧，多通風！小童樂園換温泉水更好呢，冷水實在不敢讓娃下水🤣

景點總體不錯
酒店房間感覺一般般，沒有驚喜，比較普通。
房間的水果我覺得應該可以換更新鮮一點的（香蕉有壞的）
遺憾就是天氣不好 所以我們對於公共温泉池、水上樂園，還有其他景區劃船之類都沒有機會體驗到。餐飲部同事很熱心，自助餐挺好吃

五一出行，由於兩天都在下雨，玩得不盡興，温泉池開放的比較少，其他的都還挺滿意，各個區域服務員態度都非常好，餐廳做得也挺好吃的，大廳很多孩子的遊樂設施，也安排了套圈、手工等活動，讓下雨天沒那麼無聊，迪波拉樂園很好玩，我家5，9歲兩個寶貝都喜歡玩，雖然酒店衹送了2張門票，我們按規定是需要再補2張票的，因為下雨玩不了一會，工作人員很人性化的幫我們減免了2張票，大大的點贊，儘管我們玩了不到半個小時就下雨了，大豐門也沒玩成，上去看了看，風景挺好，下次有機會等天氣好了再去一次

能感受到這是一個努力提升服務的酒店，客房有管家，隨機溝通，酒店的餐廳也在努力的提供各種便利，自助餐種類豐富，口味中規中矩。酒店適合帶孩子的家庭，組織了豐富的小童活動，迪波拉樂園和山頂的小童樂園，孩子都玩得不亦樂乎！因為下雨沒去上大豐門景區，但是看朋友的照片，應該也值得一去！
