The hotel didn’t give me a refund but I didn’t check in 
The system booked a hotel for 3 hours for the same day. I had booked it for one night. When I arrived, I found that there was no hotel to stay in. They also said that they would not refund the money🤮🤮🤮

I always choose this hotel when I come to ski, because their beds are very good to sleep on. I am very tired after skiing all day. Their beds are very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard, just right.
