設施老但是房間乾淨，能開窗通風，附近有景點，還有餐廳便利店比較方便，就是我裝鞋的拉鎖袋，客房打掃衞生當普通垃圾袋扔了，就算了沒聯繫客房部

酒店位置特別好，後面距離北京路步行街很近，前面小街道越秀路有小店鋪小吃，物美價廉。交通也很方便。
服務態度都挺好，還有行政走廊免費小吃飲料。
但是房間內設施比較落後陳舊了，雨天也感覺潮濕不適，看酒店説明準備關門裝修了，期待之後裝修乾淨舒適些。

這個酒店整體來説我們是滿意的，地理位置非常好，前台熱情。硬件設施典型的90年代，雖然舊了但保養的可以。
