體驗極差，沒有的設備和設施根本沒有標註清楚。自己掏了兩百才升級的。一看攜程，升級才46一晚。可把我笑死了。位置是真的偏僻不説，環境差到離譜。最重要的是，房間多久沒有打掃過了。

門鎖是壞的，不能反鎖。晚上門總是有響動，不知道是被風吹的還是別的啥，一晚上沒睡好。馬桶還是堵的，真是糟心。

酒店差勁👎毫無服務態度可言，擅自扣費，發生問題後拒絕與客人溝通，前台柯姓女士服務惡劣，對我們大喊大叫，在我們提出問題協商時，衹管尖酸刻薄對待客人，訂過的酒店不少家，服務態度如此家第一次見，可謂大開眼界，酒店管理太差了。

老客户了，因為疫情，來了幾次都沒有成功入住，這次終於成功入住啦。服務非常好，設施也可以，就是衞生需要提高一下了，沒有以前乾淨了，總體還是不錯，之後還會選擇這裏。
