酒店設施極其老舊，隔音太差晚上ktv的聲音震天，隔壁的説話和洗浴聲音極其清楚，淋雨花灑和窗户都是壞的也不修，早餐雞蛋不新鮮，床很小一人睡都困難，電視頻道很少，沒有wifi,連客服電話都打不通，有事都得自己跑到一樓去，服務員隔很久才來，這個價格這種設施服務太可怕了

十幾年前的四星級酒店，現在大多數設施都早已老舊了，特別是房間裏的那個電視機，居然還是九十年代末的那款，電視數據線也是老得不能再老了，衹能勉強看幾個台，而且我晩上看了電視，第二上午居然屏顯起動不了沒有圖像，打電話叫房務中心的人來看了沒轍，她又叫工程部的人來看，也是沒轍，直接就走人了，接下來就沒有任何動靜……衞生間的浴缸也是老舊…………一開始在網上看到的是四星酒店，所以一下就下了10的單，誰知道發現不對的時候想退房，直接跟我説，不能退…😩很鬱悶
