Traveling with kids and staying at Guangzhou Rosewood Residences was a journey filled with delightful surprises and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Skylar for the meticulous and thoughtful service. Knowing we were a family traveling together, she helped arrange connecting rooms, which made looking after the children so much easier and was incredibly considerate. She also prepared delicious little desserts that the kids absolutely adored. The rooms were clean and spacious, the residences quiet and upscale, and the service was genuinely human-centric. It was a very comfortable family travel experience, highly recommended!

My short one-night stay at Rosewood Residences Guangzhou was absolutely delightful. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, especially Skylar, Fiona, Betsy, and Taylor, who arranged a room that exceeded my expectations in every way. The overall living experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Although my visit was brief, it left a lasting impression, making me wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Guangzhou and will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is on a high floor with fantastic views. The service attitude is excellent, and minors are allowed to stay, unlike the Park Hyatt which turned us away upon arrival, forcing us to quickly switch to this place. Check-in was fast, and they even offered complimentary desserts. The room is apartment-style and very close to the U.S. Consulate, making it a top choice for visa interviews, especially with the great service from Skylar Luo. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next interview.

The environment is quite good and private enough, but the room is a bit old. For such a high price, it would be great if you could renovate it when you have time. It's a hassle. Since it's often rented out as an apartment, maintenance really needs to be up to par.

From check-in to check-out, Aurora, Skylar, Wendy, and Taylor provided attentive and professional service. The breakfast spread was extensive and the taste was just right. This hotel is perfect for first-time visitors to Guangzhou looking for a high-quality hotel experience, and also well-suited for business travelers.

The room is simple yet elegant, with traditional cultural touches in the details, making it feel very lived-in. Wendy, Fiona, and Ella provided excellent service; they were incredibly patient with my numerous wake-up call requests. A special shout-out to the housekeeping attendant who warmly and thoughtfully helped me adjust the room's equipment, making me feel right at home.

The gym is indeed spacious, and the equipment is brand new and easy to use. The pool is long and wide enough, and it was a pleasant surprise to find an ice bath available after anaerobic and aerobic workouts.

The stay experience at Rosewood Residences Guangzhou was outstanding. The apartment-style room offered a strong homely atmosphere, with one apartment per floor ensuring great privacy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided expansive city views of Zhujiang New Town, and the interior amenities were complete, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Special thanks to Skylar, who was professional and thoughtful, actively communicating before and after check-in, efficiently helping us coordinate room-related matters, and responding promptly with just the right touch of service. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both short trips and extended city stays. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is superb, with all rooms situated on at least the 70th floor, offering incredibly expansive views. The gym on the 93rd floor and the pool on the 94th are fully equipped, including a spa steam room and sauna, and also boast fantastic views of nearby attractions, especially the Canton Tower, which is perfectly clear. The Guang Yu Xuan restaurant on the 5th floor has been recognized by both Michelin and Black Pearl guides. Their signature roasted goose is truly outstanding, quite possibly the best in the world.

Facilities: Very high-end, equipped with a kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was arranged daily and it was very clean. Environment: Located in a prime area with the best high-rise hotel views in Guangzhou. Service: Butler-style service, very responsive to all requests and quick to act. Stayed for two nights in total. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Very nice hotel with everything we needed, close distance to everywhere. We stayed for 5 nights and we loved it. Definitely will come back. Maybe more smiles on the first floor staffs, and if the chairs are not meant to be sitting, should be removed, because it’s very confusing. It’s so closed to the main exit door and when we were waiting taxi we will need a place to sit beside the other sofas (there’s one time the closest sofa was occupied and the other was far) and there’s no waiting area or sitting area outside.

Traveling with kids, this hotel was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great too, with both Western and Chinese options. The service was also very attentive. Our room at the Mansion had a view of IFC, and the lobby overlooked Canton Tower.

Staying at the Rosewood Residences for my trip to Guangzhou was a fantastic experience. The overall atmosphere was serene and upscale. A special shout-out to Skylar – her communication was gentle and detailed, and she thoroughly explained the location of the executive lounge on the 68th floor, as well as the pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, and the city night view created a wonderful ambiance. The service was thoughtful and unobtrusive, making my entire stay comfortable and relaxing.
