我是住過體驗最奇怪的，住過三亞的瑰麗迷你吧是免費的，這裏收費就算了也不提醒，迷你吧的價格表還藏在一個抽屜裏？第二天我沖咖啡才發現價格表！

前台有點呆呆的..那我的姓都寫錯了..然後也沒説不好意思，找藉口説是身份證自動識別的…

進入酒店一樓前台有打招呼接應行李🧳
上了95樓辦理入住 和小哥詢問價格後就直接辦理了，他沒有任何對酒店介紹，也不大熱情，房間費用還有怎麼轉電梯去客房，早餐啊，周邊設施啊，都是我開口問的減分了哦。到了客房床頭的水杯和拖鞋都準備好了確實貼心，心情一下大好，夜景絕美 就是沒有問我房間需要面向那邊景色 可能這個房型沒有看小蠻腰的。還有就是休息洗澡時間按門鈴問要不要水和巧克力還有夜床服務😂我濕着頭裹上浴巾還得去開門回覆，客房服務態度太好了 下次別問了😂建議大可以入住前台時候就詢問客户哈。到了第二天接到通知退房電話我還沒説完就直接掛電話了😂總結：酒店前台可能太忙了。

從地鐵站步行到K11再上去，走到腳軟，方便程度一般。
服務不過不失。
電梯穩定舒服，
一進門口有玄關，
室內空間還可以，不過有點深沉壓抑。
清潔還可以。

這邊望不到廣州塔，有點失色；
服務員說已經是比較好的觀景了。
玻璃窗被一分為二，令到拍照很不好看，不知道為什麼大廈要這樣設計。
樓下K11感覺東西都偏貴，跟香港一樣；也沒有太古匯那邊熱鬧。
總的來說，如果是懷着可以看到廣州塔/美麗的風景線的話，確實是有點失望了。
