地理位置非常好，位於老城區核心地方，非常適合出門隨意逛逛，品味生活。洗澡熱水充足，比得上外邊四星級酒店了。

位置以及性價比等都非常的棒！生活氣息十分的濃厚，地理位置優越，房間乾淨指數以及設施都做的很棒，路口就有很多美食店，很方便，附近也有菜市場可以買菜，廚房可以煮飯，洗漱用品都是力士的，床鋪整潔乾淨，床墊很軟，住的特別滿意！

大致挺好的
相對而言，位置比較裏面，要走進去，晚上路會比較黑。
但房間裏挺好的，設計簡約，提供的生活用品也很齊全。

房間乾淨舒適，位置很好，交通方便也容易找，在傳統居民區裏，去永慶坊和上下九都很近，算得上鬧中取靜。店家有行李寄存服務，提前到或者退房後都能寄存，對航班時間不確定的人非常實用。房東也很專業，詳細解答了很多問題，這個價格是真的很划算了。

房間感覺比照片的大, 裝修和設備都挺新, 非常適合情侶入住, 衞生做的都不錯, 服務很認真。從地鐵站過來大概要10分鐘，開車就方便一點，不過沒免費停車位。附近就有好幾個景點，食同玩都絕對夠，關鍵價格相當實惠，比住酒店更自在。

和酒店相仿的民宿，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，入住和退房都很方便，不過衹有樓梯沒電梯，即便是節假日價格也不貴，周圍很多小食街和步行街，有地鐵站，是廣州旅遊的好選擇，吃貨強烈推薦，門口有個腸粉店，正宗好味！
