地理位置還不錯，位於老城區，附近有商場，特色飯店也有，離地鐵站也不遠，出門逛景點也方便。但是在三樓，拿着行李箱和出門爬樓很累，老城區房間牆壁有點返潮，房間用品也齊全，適合三個大人住。如果單人住有點怕

民宿挺不錯的；在小巷裡麪；出來就是順記、文心雞、上下九；交通也比較方便；房間也比較大；民宿小哥哥服務也很好；就是隔音稍微有點差；總體來説來這邊玩可以小住一下👀

住了兩晚的民宿屬於舊樓改造，樓下是咖啡店，但是春節期間不營業，店裡裝飾很可愛，但是店家不太友好～如果要住路過千萬什麼都不要動……民宿老闆很Nice，給我們多加了一張小床鋪，房間也挺好看，就是花灑有點破爛[捂臉]還有房間隔音不太好，半夜三更有人在外面走動説話聲音很大[汗]

1. 位置，在永慶坊巷弄裏，出行方便
2. 十二甫在二樓，或者説是一樓半，下面就是咖啡廳，較為吵雜，層高低，一米八以上要低着頭走。
3. 網速挺好的，沒出現卡頓
4. 廁所沒有門，是敞開的

#衞生乾淨整潔#服務老闆非常熱情，介紹了好多附近好吃的好玩的地方。臨走的時候還送了我們一個開過光的黃大仙平安福袋。#位置交通民宿的地理位置特別好，離很多景點都很近，該有好幾家必吃榜美食也都在附近，走幾步就到了。#房間設施配套齊全，一次性馬桶套，拖鞋涼鞋都有。#性價比性價比超高的一家民宿，下次去廣州還住這裏！

一般不怎麼樣房間隔音不好外面在修路也很吵一整晚沒有睡好然後還有蚊子四件套不乾淨有毛髮我提前檢查後就找店家換了説實話當時都不想住了的房間味道也有點洗手間不怎麼乾淨以後還是住酒店吧

本身就喜歡住有特色風格的民宿，最終找到這家，設施衞生都不錯。距離地鐵不遠，永慶坊、上下九、荔灣都在附近，但民宿位於小巷子裏，旺中帶靜，吃飯購物方便，又不吵。民宿有個天台，上去吹吹風很不錯。下次要來西關這邊一定會再住這裏。
