房間在居民樓內，小區停車環境雖然不太理想，但晚間回去也有空車位，停車還是方便的。房間很乾凈，設施也齊全，陽台可以近距離欣賞小蠻腰，夜景非常漂亮，除了一開始進入小區會讓人有點詫異，整體體驗還不錯的。

房子很老，重點是兩個卧室的空調聲音非常大，還有入住的時候要交800按金，可是退房了，過了一天都不主動退按金，還要去微信催，感覺很不好
