預訂的房間跟圖片是差別很大的，200塊的房間一點也不實惠，而且房間還少了個水壺問阿姨怎麼沒有水壺，打掃的那個阿姨説：我明明放了，怎麼會沒有，是給客人拿走了吧.説話態度不太好，然後跟你説外面有接水的自己去外面接就可以。我是晚上7點多到酒店辦理入住，前台是個大叔，跟我説：你的房間剛好修廁所，廁所壞了，衹能上小號，不能上大號。問他就剩一間房了，他也沒有回答我，我説有其他廁所可以上就可以，他也沒説什麼，後來早上起床我想着廁所不知道能不能上，還是去其他廁所上吧，剛上廁所，那個阿姨突然很兇的敲我廁所門，説你幹嘛來這裏上廁所，這裏不能上廁所，我瞬間無語了😓，嚇死我了，然後我走出來很生氣的問她什麼意思，有病，那難不成我的房間廁所你們不是説衹能上小號不能上大號，我昨晚不也説了有其他廁所就可以，他媽誰酒店廁所不能用還給客人住，客人還不能用其他廁所了，他媽又不是沒給錢還是怎麼的？後來那個前台大叔就過來幫着那個***一起説我，説我罵人罵***不行，我直接不想理關門，那個***還跑到我房門口罵****沒媽生的，🐶生的，服了！這個酒店真不能來，衞生也很一般，環境跟圖片不符合，服務態度超級差！自己服務沒做好，還不肯客人説，還要跟客人打架！

感覺有點破爛啊，這有污漬那有污漬的，門也生銹了那種，看圖片環境挺好的，走廊還放着馬桶那些床墊都有，但個人感覺還是多花點錢去好點的酒店吧，太邋裡邋遢了，雖然衹是住一晚但也不要委屈了自己，畢竟廣州的酒店比他好的要多了去
