Totally not a hotel. They advertise like a hotel but it’s airbnb in different towers within the same vicinity. Pictures are very different. Very dirty. Check in was horrible. Room had no heat hot water and electricity was shut off due to short circuit. We had to change from 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom in the middle of the night. Travelled with family between 4-75 years of age which was a totally complete bad experience. There was people talking, walking, screaming and children playing at 3am.

You can check the room environment yourself. The most important thing is that the location is different from the actual situation. The only thing I am slightly satisfied with is that the customer service handles the problem quickly, but it inevitably has a great impact on my trip. The circus was delayed for 20 minutes! The simplicity hits you as soon as you enter the room.

The location is OK, it's close to Chimelong, but the bed in the room is average, the environment and sanitation are OK, and the customer service patiently guided us! We booked the largest room, which was just enough for 4 adults and 4 children!

The hotel is very close to Chimelong Animal World, very warm, clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen where you can cook and wash your own clothes. It is very convenient and suitable for family living.

The room style was not as good as I booked, which was a bit disappointing. The air conditioner also had problems, but fortunately the weather was not cold, so it didn't have much of an impact if it was not turned on. The room was still clean, the service was good, and they didn't ask us to leave our luggage after the free luggage storage time had exceeded, and they kept it well for us!

I was too busy traveling and didn't have time to comment in time. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high! The customer service communication was timely and detailed, the check-in was very smooth, there are many choices for dining around, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the zoo. The only safety reminder to pay attention to: if you bring a baby, you must pay special attention to the stairs in the attic to avoid bumps 😛

First of all, the hotel is very convenient for transportation. You can take the subway directly to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway. There are many popular restaurants on this road, such as Chaofa and Da Ge Fan. The most important thing is that there is a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Safari Park and the Big Circus at the subway station. It runs every 10 minutes and is free! Then let's talk about the hotel. The facilities are very complete, and the microwave, refrigerator, and oil tincture are all useful. If there is something, the store will solve it quickly. This should be praised. There are only two problems. The first one is my own problem. Because this room is a loft, you can see from the photos that there is no sound insulation between the top and the bottom. So if you are two adults and two children, it’s no problem. If you bring an old man who snores, it’s terrible. Anyway, I sleep with earplugs 😂. The second is that the toilet in this room is really smelly. It’s useless to open the exhaust fan 24 hours a day. The toilet door cannot be opened. Once opened, the whole room is filled with a sour smell from the sewer. The store needs to solve this problem.

The advantage is that it is close to Chimelong Safari Park! The room is large and the facilities are old. The broken small bench should be replaced, otherwise people will fall! No free drinking water is provided! The parking lot is large and has parking spaces. The parking fee is 32 yuan a day. Parent-child toys are only suitable for children aged 1 to 2. There are also children's books. It is good to prepare children's laundry detergent and children's toilet seats!

The location is relatively easy to find, very close to Chimelong Resort, and only two or three minutes' walk to Panda Hotel. The owner is very nice. We were recommended by a friend to stay here, the price is right, and the facilities are complete.
