無語，環境，房間設施很差。廁所又小，馬桶還不好使，在一個小巷子裏面，還沒有電梯。我本來訂了兩天的，立馬退了一天。臨時出去外面找的公寓，價位差不多，又大又乾淨整潔。就在正佳國際廣場，出門就是淘金地鐵口，對面是廣州友誼商店，去哪裡都非常的方便。建議大家去看看

服務差，發票開了三天都沒到位，追了幾次都在拖！很早就説過7號最後半天上班、發票儘早開出來、好年前報銷，前台每次都信誓旦旦的保證、第二天一早肯定開出來，結果到7號下午公司都放假了，還沒開出來，打電話過去一問，你這急跟什麼似的、人家根本沒給你當回事！笑嘻嘻的説已經催過店長了，半小時沒信兒再打電話問，説店長還沒回復，問怎麼催的？人家説發了訊息沒人回…我去！要了店長電話，結果給了個空號過來，再問，人家説、那我也沒辦法…你們牛！
