My parents said it was fine, but we couldn’t check in early at the hotel. My parents searched for a room in a nearby hotel for an hour before checking in. This needs to be improved. Hope it gets better and better

The ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were very nice. However, the bath towels in the room were not clean and had many yellow or black stains, although I don't use hotel towels every time I travel. Towels, bath towels and toilet paper are available for self-pickup from the cabinet at the door. There is a problem with the position of the flush button in the toilet. It is very difficult to press. The shower head is also difficult to use. There are so many holes, only one third can discharge water, and the water volume cannot be concentrated. The door still needs patching. In fact, these are all acceptable. The key is that the sound insulation is so poor. Someone comes downstairs and can hear clearly. The worst part is that it is almost 11 o'clock at night and there are still people working on construction⚠️. It is so noisy that I can't sleep. Plus it rains. Couldn't sleep all night.

The room was clean and tidy, but the room was too small. There was no place to put the suitcase, no place to hang the clothes, and it was impossible to walk with the suitcase on the floor. It was so inconvenient.
