首先房間的空調很熱 開了很久都很熱 然後讓人上來看 然後説給我們搬個風扇 我們不同意 然後説換房 然後沒有我訂的房型 然後叫加錢換 然後我就説這是酒店空調的問題 他們説這是體感問題 然後就被迫讓我們免費轉了高級房型 然後説了延遲退房到兩點 第二天一點半就開始打電話吹 到後面兩點鐘 慢了十分鐘 十分鐘期間又來敲門一次 又打電話催兩次 雖然酒店環境還不錯 衞生有待提高 空調也需要修修 就算轉了房型 空調也沒有很冷 但比一開始的好一些 然後服務超級差 態度不好 體驗感極差差評
