入住體驗一般，老闆的原話是廣州寸土寸金，有的住不錯了……避坑原因：1，進門就一股異味，我老婆差點吐出來2，房間背面是電梯井，閣音極差影響睡眠💤3，沒有停車位，開車來的可以繞過了，廣州停車費都是淚！4，設備陳舊，估計起碼5年以上（電視是樂視的，還打不開😱）

住進去之前1層的床墊都塌了，也不知道換，而且房間裏面還曬了一大堆床單被套之類的東西，再有就是被套上有好幾塊黃色的印子，我不知道其他房是不是這樣，反正我住的房間就這樣

房東服務態度特別差。被子是濕的屋子裡有蟑螂。環境差勁到極點，床不舒服被子晾在陽台上。連住了十天走了反倒來罵我。遇上奇葩了
