A True Home Away From Home: Outstanding Cleanliness and Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) We recently had a fantastic stay at [Hotel Name, if you provide it] and were thoroughly impressed. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the immaculate cleanliness—everything felt fresh and spotless. My mother, who usually struggles to adjust and sleep well in new environments, was able to sleep soundly through the night until morning, which speaks volumes about the comfort and quietness of the rooms. A unique and very pleasant surprise was the provision of single-use towels. This small detail significantly boosted our confidence in the hotel's hygiene standards and was a thoughtful touch we genuinely appreciated. Exceptional Service: Above and Beyond The true heroes of our stay were the reception staff. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating, but their assistance went far beyond standard service. I was unfortunately overcharged on a taxi fare, and the reception team immediately stepped in to help. They meticulously guided me through the process of filing a complaint with the Guangzhou hotline 12345. A huge thank you to 小彭 and 小乐, specifically for their incredible dedication and multiple follow-ups, which ultimately helped me recover a partial claim. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests are exceptional. Good job, team! Keep up the outstanding work. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The room is clean and spacious, Alot business man stay here to purchase stock. The WiFi is weak. The location is abit far from town. Service is good , they give us extra water when ever is needed. Washing machine is always occupied.
