環境：我預訂訂單的房間配備 2張雙人床且有沙發
桌子，液晶電視機，中國移動光纖網絡有線電視可
正常收看，且帶有獨立的洗衣機，衣架，冰箱、空調、配備了洗衣粉，環境超好！
服務：公寓前台在此公寓地址的9樓，非常容易看得到，搭電梯上到9樓以後出電梯門口左邊便是前台且前台服務人員服務態度好，值得下次再次入住，已經入住 5 次此公寓，旅遊都是來此入住！
衞生：千凈無垃圾、唯獨是桌面、電視機枱麪、飄窗的窗台灰塵較多，望改進！
衞生間：馬桶式、沖涼花曬出水夠力！
交通：交通便利、附近的廣州地鐵站金洲地鐵站 1km 以內，萬達廣場便是一購物商場且有美食一條小街！~（¯▽¯~）~

住過那麼多次酒店從來沒有過這麼差的住房體驗 開的第一間房 坐下以後發現床邊有蟑螂 觀察了廁所衣櫃都有蟑螂 我及時就去換了房 可是前台的答覆是 房可以換 蟑螂避免不了…可見酒店衞生堪憂，並且詢問了我是否有碰過東西 我説坐在床上了肯定有弄亂一點 前台説如果你去住酒店看到説是上一個客人弄皺你會開心嘛 我想説請阿姨去收拾一下 很難嗎 本來就是你們酒店的問題 我不想惹事 我什麼都沒説 跟男朋友吐槽一下就算了 直到第二天 進行退房服務時 前台在沒有我允許的情況下私自打開房門進來 我睡得一臉懵 我以前住酒店從來都是電話詢問退房 或者客服微信私信是否續住 從來沒試過這樣員工可以直接進來的 當時我還沒穿衣服 嚴重觸犯了我的個人私隱 在我説了誰允許你進來的時候 前台直言説 他們在隔壁 是可以直接進來的 我一個大震驚大無語 並且繼續追問我何時走 在我感受認為 她在趕客 ! 後面我在攜程進行了投訴客服的態度還不錯一直給我解決 我一直秉承着大家出來打工都不容易的心態 我不想惹事的 可是這次真的令我太生氣了！!希望酒店能加強對員工的培訓以免再造成這樣的問題出現!
