As good as usual. I appreciate the hot spring and the facilities. Though the breakfast is a bit weak.

You will find your room without staff. Hot spring water is very dirty some point. I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.   We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.   The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.   The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.   We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

Staying at Zhuosidao for the Nth time, it was like going home, and I was satisfied as always. Adults and children had a very relaxing and happy weekend. Xiao He received us when we checked in. He was very attentive and considerate, and arranged a room with a good view, which was great.

The hotel room is very comfortable. The rest area and the dressing area are reasonably divided. The smart toilet in the bathroom is great 👍 Especially the intestinal hydrotherapy feels indescribably comfortable 😂 We live in a room on the 5th floor of Area A. The balcony faces the water park, but it doesn’t feel noisy. The soundproofing of the room is OK, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The welcome fruit was not delivered before check-in, but was brought over after we checked in when we went to the hot spring, which is not good. The hot spring area is not very large, slightly smaller than several brands next to it, and one or two pools are under repair. Are there a lot of pools in the high temperature area? Compared with the number of pools in the entire hot spring area, there are a few pools for children to soak in. In addition, several pools are a bit shabby and the business needs to maintain them well. Each pool has a water temperature reminder, which is good. The wooden pillows in the thermal therapy area are uncomfortable no matter how you lie, but the other hot pit is much more comfortable. The environment of the dressing area is very good, clean and tidy. You can eat some fruit biscuits and porridge in the rest area, which is quite satisfactory. What I want to complain about is the children's activity area, which is a very small room, a very small wave pool, and a mini slide. There are very few choices for children to play 😓😓😓 Then what KTV is told to charge money, what a strange logic? Then there are no common facilities such as billiards and table tennis... This really needs to be complained about 😤😤😤 and the fitness room is placed in the rest area, what a strange logic, I don't understand. The variety of breakfast is very rich, both the elderly and children like it very much, and the taste is not bad, which is worth recommending. The poached egg is runny, which is great! The fried dough sticks were not fresh and were just average. The coffee was not very good, there was no difference between the gourmet and espresso, and the speed was a bit slow, resulting in a long queue. As for other food, it was good, and the breakfast tasted good in general 😋😋😋 In general, Zhuosidao is OK for a simple rest, and it is worth recommending, but if you want more abundant activity facilities, this is nothing, this is a disadvantage.

There was a big pool of blood on the bedsheets and quilt. I called to change it, but the room service took half an hour to come. I called to urge them, but the front desk staff was very impatient. Although Zhuosidao is cheap, the quality is really average. I will not come again next time. The water in the swimming pool is full of black algae. I don't know how often it is cleaned.
