This hotel is location is very ideal (Literally outside the subway station). Room was of a good size although it needs an upgrade. Reception Staff was very unprofessional upon check in. We were asked to give them a picture of our suitcase which we never come across before at any hotel in the world. They also wanted a picture of our air ticket which was unnecessary. Would avoid staying at this hotel in future

The hotel is just off Exit A of Metro Line 8. It is very convenient and fast to travel. The nearby comprehensive commercial complex is very convenient for eating and shopping. ① The promised check-in time is 2 p.m. We arrived at the store on time and were asked by the front desk to wait in the lobby for half an hour or store our luggage; ②Before going to bed at night, there suddenly appeared the sound of electric drills and banging in the building. At first, I said I didn’t know the source of the noise, but later I blamed it and said that the noise came from the building next door (the authenticity needs to be verified). I called Ctrip customer service after 11 o’clock and asked the platform to help communicate. The landline in our room couldn't make calls (it must have been set up). I went downstairs and asked the front desk for help. I contacted the manager on duty and was forced to stand in the lobby for about 20 minutes before the manager showed up and refused to acknowledge the existence of the noise. The proposed solution was to change floors, but the sound of an electric drill was heard. Strong penetration cannot be solved by changing floors. My parents, who are nearly 70 years old and have underlying diseases, usually go to bed after ten o'clock. Finally, I took sleeping pills at one or two o'clock in the morning. I slept for a total of several hours. In the morning, there was another noise of decoration in the hotel yesterday. Wan was lying when he claimed he was unaware of the noise. The hotel manager and front desk lied throughout the entire communication process with the platform; ③The room is unhygienic. There are food residues on the chair. The bedding is not clean. Skin itching symptoms started in the middle of the night (Picture ①) ④The bed will slide forward by itself, which is very dangerous. Please look at the position of the bed when you wake up in the morning (Picture ②) In short, people who need a safe, quiet and hygienic environment should avoid this hotel!
