Very dirty. We were given a room at first, which was really dirty and tattered, wet and smelly. We called the front desk to ask if we could check out, but it was not possible. We were given two other rooms to choose from. The two rooms we were given were also dirty, with stains and traces of previous guests in every corner. The room was very depressing. The facilities were terrible. We reluctantly chose a relatively empty room without so many wall decorations, but the facilities inside were really unusable. The water heater didn't just turn on the hot water, but also needed to boil water. OK! After boiling for half an hour, it got wet, and it became cold again after a minute. We had to wait for hot water with towels on. It was really frustrating. It took two hours for two people to take a shower... The hair dryer felt like it was about to explode. It was very loud. It would rumble and explode at any time when it was blowing. I didn't dare to use it.. Anyway, it was rotten, smelly and dirty everywhere. It was completely unusable, and I couldn't check out...yue ps, this light was also broken

衞生條件極差，蚊蟲蟑螂，打掃不仔細，房間設施老舊

小窄舊破，而且上下樓非常麻煩，不建議。

房間大，但保養不夠。

The room we booked was a twin room, but the front desk changed it to a king-size bed room without discussing it with us. When we went to the room and found out it was not a twin room, they told us that there were no twin rooms and changed it to a king-size bed room. They upgraded us to a king-size bed + window sill. They didn't prepare a three-piece set for the window sill, and told us that they would come and make it in a while, but we had to wait for at least half an hour. I couldn't wait any longer and called the front desk, and they came to add it. But the room was awful, the cabinet under the sink looked like it hadn't been wiped, and the side of the cabinet was falling off. Because it was a king-size bed room, the bathroom didn't have a door, which was very inconvenient for our family of three. Although the location is good, the facilities are really not worth the price.
