房間很大很乾凈，空調聲音比較小不吵鬧，還有歡迎水果和小童拖鞋，很贊。潘經理還特意打電話溝通我們的行程和具體需求，給五一假期帶來了美好的回憶。停車場也非常方便，下次帶孩子來旅遊還會選擇住這裏。

前台與客服服務都非常好，升級樓層延遲退房的要求也在可能的範圍內滿足了，非常感謝！非常遺憾通過攜程預訂不能使用會員卡，但房間設施和服務上達到了標準喜來登的水準，很滿意的一次出行。
