Somerset Bio-Island Guangzhou

Always a reliable 4-star hotel apartment. It's excellent. They have robot service, but it can get congested during peak hours, though that's a minor issue. It's easy to catch a taxi, and the subway station is just a right turn after exiting the main gate.

The environment is beautiful, and the location is convenient, right next to Guanzhou Metro Station. The Executive Twin Room offers an amazing view of the Canton Tower. The room layout is excellent, and the cleanliness is meticulous. The breakfast is also delicious, with coffee, milk oatmeal, and wontons all being great. The staff are very friendly, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely come back next time.

My child said this was the best hotel we've stayed at in Guangdong, even better than the Pullman we stayed at in Shenzhen. The room had a washer-dryer combo, and the view was great too. Excellent value for money. While not in the most bustling area, it's right by the subway entrance, making it very convenient and quiet. Definitely worth the price.

The environment on Bio-island is great, and the hotel is right outside Guanzhou subway station, which is super convenient. The service is excellent, very warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and hygienic. I've stayed here several times now and highly recommend it!

Located on an island, this hotel offers a quiet and pleasant environment. It's incredibly convenient for attending concerts at University City, as it's just one metro stop away. The metro station is exceptionally close, literally only 10 meters from the hotel lobby. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, boasting fantastic high-floor views. This place offers incredible value for money. Taxis from Canton Tower or Zhengjia Plaza take about 25 minutes to reach the hotel.

The room was very clean, and the river view room had a great ambiance. Most importantly, the room service was excellent; the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate pretty much anything we needed! They even allowed a late check-out until 3 PM! Really quite good.

Fantastic! The views are absolutely stunning, and any issues we had were resolved promptly. The service was great. I called the front desk ahead of time as we were celebrating an anniversary, and housekeeping even folded two swans out of towels on the bed and sprinkled faux petals around. I also brought some decorations myself to spiff up the room, and it turned out really picturesque. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family! 👍
