環境：房間很新 很大，床睡得也很舒服，枕頭特別舒服，是我目前住過商務型酒店最舒服的了。衞生：酒店特別乾淨，每天都有阿姨打掃衞生，包括自助早餐的餐廳也是很乾凈 很漂亮。服務：辦理入住和退房時前台的幾位小姐姐都很不錯，服務態度很好服務意識強烈，特色：酒店離地鐵口很近，去廣州南站高鐵站很方便。出行比較方便。同時，前台可以寄存行李，如果下午2點前，早到酒店 有房間 酒店會安排入住。整體來説：入住的很不錯，我也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

初次來到海倫藝術酒店給我的感覺是非常棒的，前台的工作人員很熱情，前台有淡淡的茶香味的香薰，房間也是比較安靜的，特別的是這個床，睡的非常安心，浴室也是乾濕分離的，叫醒服務也是很準時，周邊遊玩也很方便，吃的玩的都有很多選擇，地鐵站離酒店也是很近的，從廣州南到酒店直達衹需10個站，35分鐘車程也是非常奈斯的，早餐是自助餐的，食品類選擇多，喝的也有好幾種（豆漿，牛奶，檸檬茶）

服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，一進門香味好聞，前台服務好，超級貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，洗澡的水壓也很大，超級舒適，客房服務員特別熱情，特別禮貌，停車方便，洗衣服超級方便，有免費的洗衣機可使用，推薦推薦。

在周邊酒店中性價比超高的一家，整體很滿意，衞生、服務、環境、位置、設施設備這幾方面都是給予了好評，唯獨黃埔軍校裝修閉館到6月份，此次旅程沒能實現參觀！不過也是為了更好的展現，6月份再來參觀和入住了！

房間大小還可以，但是床單被罩太潮了，就像沒晾乾的感覺，我在其他酒店住也沒這樣，一進樓裏面一股類似香薰的味道，我是聞着不舒服，服務一般，電視不好使，問前台還要等到第二天早上來處理
