凌晨三點才從廣州白雲機場趕至馨夢國際酒店 前台服務的姑娘專業且親切 又准許隔天下午14點才辦理退房 22號中午時分電子發票也快速的發至微信報銷 設備雖然陳舊了些，衞生條件還是不做 性價比還是OK的！

環境不錯 很美觀

The hotel environment is average. The check-in experience is poor. The mosquitoes in the hotel are particularly disgusting. They come out to commit crimes when the lights are turned off. I can't hit them at all. I didn't sleep well at all that night.

First time staying in this hotel, Advantages: Equipped with disposable toilet mat, relatively hygienic. Disadvantages: 1. When I just entered the room, I found that the old towel that had been used was placed on the sink and was not replaced in time. 2. There were many mosquitoes in the elevator and the corridor, and I was bitten several times. 3. The hotel front desk asked me to pay a deposit for check-in after I had paid the full rent in advance. As a member of Ctrip, I have stayed in hotels in many cities over the years. This is the first time I have been asked to pay a deposit for check-in, which is inconvenient for travelers. 4. This time, I placed an order on Ctrip and booked a room for 2 days in this hotel, and paid the rent in full in advance. The front desk processed the room card normally according to the order, but when I returned to the hotel last night, I was sweating a lot because of the hot weather and was eager to go back to the room to take a shower. But I found that the room card could not open the door, so I had to brave the heat, carry my schoolbag, and go downstairs to the front desk to ask. The front desk receptionist found that it was his own work mistake and only authorized the room card for one day (my Ctrip order was for two consecutive days), and the front desk receptionist refreshed the room card. When I walked back to the room again, I was sweating again. Summary: This stay was very bad and I will not stay in this hotel again next time.
