衞生:五星好評，乾淨，無異味，床品是新換的，睡覺的時候不會感覺癢。
設備:五星好評，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，床的軟硬度剛剛好，至少我是一覺睡到自然醒，枕頭也非常好睡，前台配備各種小物件供顧客使用，比如蒸氣眼罩，隔音耳塞等，非常人性化，非常符合她家的店名“如家”。
服務:五星好評，前台電話非常禮貌，衹要顧客需要，她們都準時送過來。給你一種在家裡的感覺。
早餐:五星好評，雖然東西不多，但好在新鮮可口，印象最深刻的是還準備了打包盒供顧客打包回房間吃，這是我住過那麼多酒店以來第一次有這種服務的，其他酒店自助餐都是把顧客當成小偷，深怕顧客偷偷打包，真正做到“如家一樣”。
燈光:房間的燈光非常明亮，給人一進入就非常舒服的感覺，“如家般温馨”。

櫃台服務人員待客親切有禮，飯店位於地鐵站不遠，附近用餐選擇多，惟飯店靠近馬路邊，夜間偶有車輛經過之燥音影響睡眠.

離地鐵站不遠，展會期間常住的那家發現漲價太多，住不起了，就捨近求遠訂了這裏。旁邊就是一個菜場，挺有煙火氣。
