衞生馬馬虎虎，床單毛巾都洗的挺乾淨，但是地板窗都是污漬。晚上半夜2點樓下還是夜市，關了窗還能聽到微信收款10元，還很響。洗臉盆都沒有，刷牙直接對着糞坑開刷，沒有沖水，糞坑需要自己用水桶的水去沖，簡直極品。除了52塊錢的房費足夠便宜，沒什麼優點。
