I think the questions raised by other travelers, such as the hotel name is different, the bathroom has some smell, and this is an office building, are basically true, but they do not affect the stay experience. There is no obvious price increase here during the holidays, which is still very good. I would like to take this opportunity to share that many attractions in Guangzhou have free explanations at 10 am and 3 pm. You can arrange it. I have been to: Tomb of the Ancient Yue King, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and Cantonese Opera Museum. The experience of the Memorial Hall is relatively poor (because the Memorial Hall has a paid explanation service, so when I want to participate in the scheduled free explanation, I feel that the guides are very unhappy), and the experience of other venues is very good.

The toilets were moldy, the springs on the beds were deformed, and the windows were broken and couldn't be closed tightly. It was so noisy at night that I didn't have to sleep at all. The curtains couldn't be closed. It's too bad. All the people outside are from companies, and the attitude at the front desk is really bad. The things in the room really make people with mysophobia feel uncomfortable.
